Easily customizable, depending on client’s requirements
CelCradle™ bioreactor system:
- Works under the tide motion principle, wherein cells are exposed intermittently to nutrition and aeration through the compression and decompression of the bellows
- Each CelCradle™ bottle provides up to 15,000 cm2 of surface area for cell attachment and proliferation
- Each CelCradle™ bottle is capped with a lid that is lined with a 0.22 µm PTFE filter
- Each CelCradle™ bottle can accommodate up to 5 billion cells
- The system can run in batch, fed-batch, and perfusion modes
- Each CelCradle™ bottle is designed for single use only, eliminating the need for sterilization
HPI G3:
- Provides ISO Class 5 environment in the work chamber
- Fitted with H14 filters with typical efficiency of 99.995% at 0.1 to 0.3 microns
- 3 Sets of H14 Filter: 1 for supply and 2 for exhaust
- Esco Isocide™ antimicrobial coating on all painted surfaces minimizes contamination
- Ergonomically front-angled and 200 mm gloveports for improved reach and comfort
Esco CO2 Incubator:
- SteriSafe™ ULPA filtration system maintains ISO Class 5 environment inside the incubator
- Fast CO2, temperature and humidity recovery without overshoot
- The interior of the chamber is made from stainless steel type 304.
